(9-28-23) Two Mercer County men, Dusty Krogman (37) and Michael Homan (53) have been arrested by the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office on 2nd degree felony charges of Pandering Obscenity Involving a Minor(create, produce, publish obscene material) and Pandering Sexually Oriented Matter Involving a Minor_ create/produce material.
Krogman was indicted on 66 counts which took place around August 22nd. Homan was indicted on 44 counts that took plce around August 14th.
Krogman was released on bond yesterday, while Homan remains in the Mercer County Adult Detention Center on $250,000 (10%) bail and is scheduled to appear in the Mercer County Common Pleas Court this morning..
