Dominick Allen Huffman (22) Portland was charged on September 18th with –
- child molesting, Level 3 Felony
- child exploitation, Level 5 Felony
- possession of child pornography, Level 5 Felony
The molesting charge is a Level 3 felony carrying up to 16 years in prison. The other two charges are level 5 felonies with maximum six-year sentences.
Investigators with the Portland Police Department filed a report with the Department of Child Services for assistance after finding explicit photos on Huffman’s phone. Investigators found several nude images, with some appearing to be adults but other folders revealed underage girls who appeared from four years to 17 years old. Huffman had at least three victims, all under the age of 12. The child he is accused of molesting was just eight years old.
A pretrial conference is set for November 17th at 11:30 a.m.
