(9-20-23) Bradley Burns (47) of St Marys was arrested by the Mercer County Sheriff’s Department on misdemeanor charges —
- (3rd degree) Sexual Imposition with offensive contact
- (3rd degree) Sexual Imposition with a victim 13, 14, 15
- (1st degree) Public Indecency to expose the person’s private parts with the purpose of personal sexual arousal or gratification or to lure the minor into sexual activity
The incidents allegedly took place around July 23rd, 2023 in Mercer County.
Bruns was booked yesterday into the Mercer County Adult Detention Center and is presently free on bond pending a court appearance on Friday.
