(9-19-23) John Rawson (62) of Coldwater was arrested on September 15th by the Coldwater Police Department on a 4th degree misdemeanor charge of Public Indecency, engage in sex act. Rawson is accused of engaging in a sex act at a time that it was likely to be viewed by others.
Rawson has pleaded not guilty. He was free on bond from the Mercer County Adult Detention Center the same day he was booked….on a condition he is not to have contract with the victims.
Rawson is due back in Celina Municipal Court for a pre-trial hearing on September 28th at 2:45pm.
