(9-17-23) Marcia Curtis (46) was employed in Portland at FCC and was found dead Thursday in southeastern Delaware County. her ex-husband Ceaser L. Curtis has been preliminarily charged with murder.
Curtis has been missing since September 1st. Ceaser L. Curtis (50) was arrested after Muncie police found the remains of Marcia Curtis at an abandoned property along county road 800 South on Thursday.

In a police report according yo the Muncie Police Department…, Curtis reportedly told the witness, he struck Marcia “with a baseball bat and left her there.” The report also said it was evident “there was significant trauma to the head,“
The two were recently divorce (March 28th). Curtis worked at FCC in Portland for about three months prior to her death
Ceasar Curtis Curtis is being held without bond since Friday in the Delaware County Jail.
An autopsy on Marcia Curtis was being performed on Friday morning at IU Health Ball Memorial
Hospital in Muncie.
