(9-13-23) The Findlay Police were called to a harassment complaint after a Findlay woman, Jessica O’Nan (30), was ‘swinging a shovel’ at persons in the area. When the police arrived she fled the scene in her vehicle on an almost 10 mile pursuit, including her tires being flattened by spike strips.
She was being held in the Hancock County Justice Center on a $1,000 cash bond and was released yesterday afternoon.
