(8-31-23) Cody Boyd (26) Celina was arrested by the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office on two felony charges. Later local law enforcement found out that Boyd was wanted on a warrant in Chathum County Georgia for failing to appear, theft, receiving stolen property and possession of marijuana.

Boyd is presently being held in the Mercer County Adult Detention Center and being held on $100,000 (10%) bond. He has a preliminary hearing in Mercer County Common Pleas Court on September 8th.
