(8-29-23) The long-time owners of C-Town Wings, Kerry and Julia Roberts, announced yesterday on Facebook that they would be retiring from the restaurant business.

The Roberts say they hope to remain open until October 21, depending on staff and product availability.

C-Town Wings originally opened in downtown Celina in 2011 before moving to its current 1903 Havemann Road location. No word on the future of the business and any possible sale.

C-Town Wings was started in a small renovated building in historic downtown Celina in July of 2011. The space was quickly outgrown as the clientele grew larger every week. A small fire in 2013 threatened the business, but upon re-opening, they were busier than before! Bursting at the seams, C-Town’s owners decided to take a leap of faith and build a brand new 6,000 sq ft facility on Havemann Road. On April 18, 2017, C-Town opened the doors for the first time at their brand new restaurant. Located just across the road from Menards and Walmart.
