(8-25-23) The Celina Police Department shot and killed Corey Andrew (24) of St. Marys early Friday morning at Eastview Park.

Police officials say they were conducting an investigation at the park at around 2:12 a.m. when they had an encounter with Andrew.

Andrew, was transported to Mercer Health in Coldwater were he was pronounced to be dead.

The Ohio Bureau of Investigation is looking into the situation.

No further details have been made available at this time.
