(8-23-23) Hermanio Joseph (35) the driver of a Honda Odyssey van that crashed into a Clark County Northwestern Local School bus, that resulted in the bus to travel off the roadway and overturn and would kill one unidentified child.

The Northwestern Local Schools bus had more than 50 elementary school students on board headed for their first day of school.
Joseph is facing a 4th degree felony charge of aggravated vehicular homicide according to Clark Couty Municipal Court records.
Joseph provided Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers with his state identification card, which is not a driver’s license and a driver’s license from Mexico at the time of the crash, which was determined to not be valid due to his immigration status and has now been arrested.
His Ohio identification card refers to him as Joseph Hermanio, but the charging documents list him as Hermanio Joseph
