CELINA, OH(8-14-23) – Mercer County Sheriff Jeff Grey announced this afternoon (8/14/23) the execution of a search warrant by Sheriff’s Office deputies and detectives in the Village of Coldwater.  Mercer County Sheriff’s Office Detectives, received information from an outside agency and began an investigation on June 13. Acting on information gained during the investigation, they applied for and obtained a search warrant for the residence at 508 E Main St., in the Village of Coldwater.

During the execution of this search warrant, numerous electronic items pertaining to the on-going investigation were located.  These items were collected at the scene and will be analyzed for further evidence.  Due to the nature of the case, no other information will be released at this time.   No arrests have been made. 

Once the investigation is completed, the case will be sent to the Mercer County Prosecutor’s Office for review of any possible charges.
