(8-11-23) Three Portland residents were arrested this week on various drug charges.

Todd W. Clark (39) Portland was arrested on Thursday for dealing metham-phetamine. Clark was charged with a Level 2 felony and is being held on a $40,000 bond in the Jay County Jail.

Two Portland residents have been arrested for drug possession, Bo L. Wine (45) was arrested Wednesday and charged with a Level 6 felony for possession of methamphetamine, a Class A misdemeanor for possession of marijuana and a Class C misdemeanor for possession of paraphernalia. He’s being held on a $4,500 bond in the Jay County Jail.

Paige N. Curtis (25) was arrested on Tuesday and charged in Jay Circuit Court with a Level 6 felony for maintaining a common nuisance, a Class B misdemeanor for possession of marijuana and a Class C misdemeanor for possession of paraphernalia.
