(8-10-23) A Waverly, West Virginia man, Travis Arthur (34), was arrested on Monday August 7th and charged with breaking and entering, misdemeanor theft, criminal trespass and aggravated possession of drugs after and incident in Celina’s Industrial Park.
In his initial court appearance in front of Judge Matt Fox he was released on bond which was $25,000 (10%).
Arthur has a preliminary appearance scheduled in Mercer County Common Pleas Court on 8/17/2023 at 03:00 PM.
