(7-26-23) Marcus Kuck (40) of New Knoxville was arrested by the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office yesterday after he was indicted on July 20th by a Mercer County Grand Jury on two charge… a 5th degree felony charge of possession of cocaine and a misdemeanor charge of illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.
The alleged incidents occurred in March 10th, 2023. Kuck is being held in the Mercer County Adult Detention Facility with no bond pending a Mercer County Common Pleas Court appearance.
