(7-26-23) Michelle Duncan (34) of Adrian, Michigan has been fined over $2,000 in Mercer County Common Pleas Court after pleading guilty after a June 2nd plea agreement to misdemeanor charges of obstructing official business, criminal trespassing and disorderly conduct.
Duncan was also sentenced to 150 days in jail, which will be suspended if she has no similar convictions for 2 years, receives therapy and has no contract with the victim or his family. Duncan will also not have to register as a sex offender.
Originally, Duncan was booked on September 6th, 2022 and charged with attempted rape, sexual battery, gross sexual imposition and other felony charges. The initial charges were brought when Duncan attempted to engage in sexual conduct with a juvenile male victim in Mercer County in July of 2022.
