(7-23-23) The Celina Fire Department responded to a house fire just about 8:30 pm Saturday evening at 536 East Anthony Street. When they arrived they found moderate smoke coming out of the home. The fire was located in the kitchen and was quickly put out.

No one was at home at the time of the fire and it was determined that the house suffered extensive damaged and was not livable. Two dogs and two cats were located by firemen, with one kitten losing its life due to the fire.
