(7-19-23) The membership of St. Paul’s Country Church, located at 1538 Oregon Road, Rockford, OH invites you to their worship service at 10 AM on Sunday, July 23, 2023. Pastor Michael Husted, will be in the pulpit with a Bible-based sermon. Drawing from Romans 8:31-38, the title is “God’s Fierce and Compassionate Love”.

Romans 8:31-38–New International Version

31 What, then, shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? 32 He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all—how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things? 33 Who will bring any charge against those whom God has chosen? It is God who justifies. 34 Who then is the one who condemns? No one. Christ Jesus who died—more than that, who was raised to life—is at the right hand of God and is also interceding for us. 35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword? 36 As it is written:

“For your sake we face death all day long;
we are considered as sheep to be slaughtered.”

37 No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. 38 For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons,[b] neither the present nor the future, nor any powers,

The congregation also invites the community to a new study series based on The Chosen which is a hit series about the Life of Jesus. This FREE event will start on Wednesday, July 19 at 10 AM or 6 PM (choose your best time). Following the watching of the episode, there will be questions and discussion with the Pastor. This event will continue for 8 weeks every Wednesday at 10 AM and 6 PM.

Sunday school begins at 9:15 AM. Children’s Junior Church is every Sunday except the last Sunday of the month. Bible based lessons and children’s activities are taught with snacks included.
