(7-3-23) On Friday at 2:46 pm Van Wert County Sheriff’s Office Deputies served a warrant issued by the Wood County Common Pleas Court for Failure to Appear.

Nicholas Richard Fitzsimmons (22) of Dayton was arrested at 602 Rockford Road in the Village of Willshire and transported to the Van Wert County Correctional Facility pending extradition back to Wood County.

A Wood County grand jury on January 4th indicted co-defendants Cole Eric Sevitz, 21, Lima; Nicholas Richard Fitzsimmons, Dayton; and Jeffrey Lee Allen Kallas, Van Wert, for theft and receiving stolen property, both fifth-degree felonies.
