(6-23-23) The Fred Borger Scholarship for $1,000 was created in memory of Fred and goes to a graduating student at Tri Star Career Compact. The student must be furthering their education in mechanics.

Carson Siefring, a Fort Recovery High School graduate, is the 2023 recipient. He will major in Diesel Mechanics at UNOH this fall.
