(6-22-23) Darke County Sheriff’s deputies were dispatched at 3:40 p.m. yesterday to the 1300 block of Hollansburg Richmond Road on initial reports of a rollover crash.

A 2005 Beige Jeep Laredo was traveling south on Hollansburg Richmond Road when a juvenile driver went off the right side of the road, overcorrected, and lost control.

The vehicle then went off the left side of the road and landed on its side.

MedFlight transported the juvenile driver to Miami Valley Hospital as a precaution.

Mutual aid was also provided by Tri-Village Rescue and the Hollansburg Fire Department.

The crash remains under investigation.
