(6-7-23) Scott Keber (31) from Ohio City was indicted on June 1st on 16 felony counts of arson by a Van Wert County Grand Jury. At the time of the indictment Keber was out on bond ($250,000 10%).

Keber is waiting to appear in front of the Van Wert County Common Pleas Court .
