(6-5-23) Turner Youngs (29) of Celina was arrested Sunday after allegedly failing to comply with the signal of a Mercer County Sheriff’s Deputy.

Youngs is being charged with obstructing to official business, attempting to flee on foot after he was stopped and of Driving While Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs and refusing to take an OVI test.

Youngs was taken to the Mercer County Adult Detention Center where he is being held without bond pending a Celina Municipal Court appearance.
