(5-30-23) Chad Dunsdon (34) of Coldwater faces a 1st degree misdemeanor charge of driving while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs and a 5th degree felony charge of improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle.
Dunsdon was pulled over in the early morning hours of Friday May 26th by Coldwater Police on East Main Street at South Third Street. The officer noticed that Dunsdon’s vehicle did not have headlights or tail lights turned on. The officer arrested Dunsdon on the OVI charge and for having a loaded firearm in the front seat with him.
Dunson is presently being held at the Mercer County Adult Detention Center on a $50,000 cash bond. He will be appearing today at 1pm in Mercer County Common Pleas Court.
