Heckler and Scott

(2-26-21) Mercer County Soil and Water Conservation District Administrator and Technician Chad Scott has resigned after just four months in the position. His resignation was accepted at a special board meeting this week.

Scott was hired last fall to replace Nikki Hawk who left in March of 2020.

District Technician Matt Hecker has been named the interim administrator, a position he held in the past
