(10-3-20) Kevin Allen Mir (52) of Celina has been arrested on five felony sex related charges.

Charges include a 1st degree felony charge of Rape, 3rd degree sexual battery charges where the victim was unaware and their control was impaired.

Mir was placed in the Mercer County Detention Facility today and is being held without bond pending a court hearing.
