(2-14-20) The Court of Appeals of the Ohio Third Appellate District has ruled against Jeff Rasawehr in his guilty verdict in Mercer County on charges of menacing by stalking and telecommunications harassment.
- Ruling – State v. Rasawehr, 2020-Ohio-429
Rasawehr was sentenced to five years in June of 2019 and was sentenced to community control sanctions and suspended jail sentences.
Another case involving Rasawehr is presently being heard by the Ohio Supreme Court in the Jeffrey Rasawehr v. Rebecca Rasawehr and Joni Bey case.
