UPDATE – (2-14-20) Auglaize County Sheriff Allen Solomon and Prosecutor Edwin Pierce announced that an Auglaize County Grand Jury this afternoon declined to return any indictment on any charge(s) against Stephanie Sweigart in the shooting death of her husband last Saturday.
Sweigart had been released yesterday on $25,000 bond (10%).
UPDATE – 2-14-20 – Stephanie Sweigart of St Marys has been released on $25,000 bond. Sweigart was released Thursday afternoon from the Auglaize County Jail.
(2-12-20) The Auglaize County Sheriff’s office has released the 911 call made Saturday Morning by Stephanie Sweigart (30) moments after she claimed she shot her husband Wesley Sweigart (36) at their home on Pershing Drive.
Sweigart, who faces murder charges, claimed in the call that she shot her husband after he allegedly attacked her.
