(2-6-20) Russell Hutcheson (46) of Celina is facing 10 years in prison after pleading guilty to two 3rd degree felony charges of sexual battery.

In Mercer County Common Pleas Court he reached a deal with prosecutors, which included charges of rape and sexual battery being dropped. Hutcheson was arrested for engaging in sexual activity with a 13 year old victim from March to December of 2015. In addition to the prison time and a possible fine, Hutcheson faces being labeled as a Tier III sex offender, his sentencing is scheduled for March 4th.
According to the Mercer County Jail web site he is not in custody in the facility.
