(10-11-19) Attorneys for Jeff Rasawehr have filed an appeal in the Court of Appeals of Mercer County (Third Appellate District) on a recent court ruling based on the principal that freedom of speech is an inalienable right granted in the constitution and that the Mercer County Court erred in saying it was not. (see below statement of the case)
