(1-8-19) West Ohio Community Action Partnership (WOCAP) is providing additional assistance with utility bills in Auglaize and Mercer Counties.

Customers of Dayton Power and Lights (DP&L) may be eligible for fuel fund assistance on their utility bill. The funds are on a first come first serve basis until they are depleted. Maximum benefit is up to $200 per household. Disconnect notice is required. This fund is also available to PIPP Plus customers.

TO BE ELIGIBLE – Households must reside in Auglaize or Mercer Counties and be a customer of DP&L. Household income must be at or below 200% the Federal Poverty Guidelines. Income for a family of 4 can have a household income of $50,200/annually or $4,183/monthly.

Required Documentation:
•Current electric bill and gas bill.
•Social Security numbers all household members.
•Income documentation for all household members for the last 30 days.
•Proof of U.S. Citizenship (social security card, birth certificate, birth record, voter registration)
•Proof of disability if disabled.
