(10-11-18) Russell Hutcheson, 45, Celina has been indicted on two charges of rape (1st degree felony) and two charges of sexual battery (2nd degree felony).
The alleged rape was of a juvenile female that was under 13 years of age at the time of the incidents in 2014-2015.
Hutcheson, after being charged was, freed on his own recognizance and is scheduled to appear in Mercer County Common Pleas Court on October 31st.
Hutcheson has been ordered to have no contact with the alleged victim in the case.

When our son was arrested, this same judge and prosecutor started out at $1 million bond- and he was only charged with three counts of sexual battery. Now this Hutcheson guy is charged with two counts of rape and two counts of sexual battery on girls UNDER THE AGE OF 13…and he is released without bail?!?!?!?! I wonder who he is connected to in Mercer County….

There is a male in Mercer county jail for one charge for rape. His bond is 500,000.00. Russell hutcheson has two rape charges and two sexual battery charges??? This Russell is released on own recognizance???
