(12-15-17) – John Sherman (24) of Celina was indicted yesterday by the Mercer County Grand Jury of having Disseminated Matter Harmful to Juveniles – Sell / Deliver/ Furnish material (a 5th Degree Felony Charge) that took place in September of this year.
Sherman will appear in Mercer County Common Pleas court for a pre-trial hearing on January 18th, 2018.
Sherman was released on his own recognizance.
