(11-5-17) A nearly 200-yard wide, EF1 tornado touched down in Celina Sunday afternoon around 4pm, according to the National Weather Service. A Tornado Warning had been issued before the storm hit. Eight people have been reported injured by the Mercer County Emergency Management, 6 hurt at a restaurant, 1 at business, 1 in car crash after a power pole fell.

Emergency personnel are asking residents to please stay away from the area.
