Earlier this week Upper Valley Investigative Services sent a letter of their findings on the death of Raymond Bey to Tom Wale, Celina Chief of Police.
From a news release from CountyCoverUp.com:
As citizens who care about the right to life for all people, I ask you to please read the letter. How can we, as citizens, allow a human being to die a death of this nature when the caretakers and his family did not have the human decency to call for medical help. He died locked in a bathroom laying in his own vomit! Your authorities Jeff Grey, Matt Fox and Tom Wale all know this happened and Upper Valley Investigative Services is convinced foul play was involved.
